Why do you need a life coach?

My first ever experience with coaching was when I was preparing to relocate to France. The whole process seemed overwhelming: I had to find an apartment in a country that I didn’t know at all, I had to deal with the banks because I needed a credit (I didn’t have my own money), I needed to find a job in France (yes, I started looking for it already before the relocation) etc. And in addition to this, that period was difficult because I had a very toxic romantic relationship. And back then nothing could have depleted me more than problems in my romantic life.

At that moment I worked in fashion and had a side project for a designer who only started her business. When my relationships showed clear signs of death, I was so triggered by it so that I could not function properly, especially at work. So that designer recommended me to talk to her husband who was a life coach.

This is how I met my first life coach. And yeah he supported me a lot. Among all my heaviness it was a breath of fresh spring breeze. Where I could not see straight, he added clarity. Where I was stuck and paralysed by fear before the next step, he inspired  me to keep going anyway. When I was discouraged, tired and pessimistic, he reminded me that I was capable of much more than I thought.

Why do you need a coach?

Because often in life we need someone who believes in us more than we believe in ourselves.
