UNDERSTAND YOURSELF BETTER –

CREATE LIFE TRUE TO YOU

From pain of self – neglect, confusion and anxiety to feeling at ease with your life and genuinely happy of living it

I work with those courageous ones who are done playing small, or simply know deep down that they deserve more than they have been settling for. Those who are ready to stop trading pieces of their soul for a version of success that was written for someone else.

You’ve done everything right.
Smart. Capable. Driven. By most measures, your life is a success — and people around you will confirm it. You’ve worked on yourself. You’ve read the books, done the work, kept going.

And yet something doesn’t quite add up. A gap between how your life looks and how it feels. A low hum of emptiness you can’t fully explain.

And in your closest relationships — in love, in conflict, in the moments that ask the most of you — old patterns keep showing up. You give more than you receive. You say yes when you mean no. You shrink. You doubt. You reach for reassurance and wonder why you need it. You wonder why success still doesn’t feel like enough.

These aren’t flaws. They’re questions your inner world is asking.

When you understand yourself better, the answers come — not borrowed from someone else’s story, but true to yours. Your patterns start to make sense. Your needs stop feeling like weaknesses. And you stop abandoning yourself in the places that matter most.

Ultimately, it’s life with less pain and more joy and aliveness.

This is what this work is really for.

That feeling you keep pushing aside — the one whispering that life could be bigger, fuller, more yours — it’s not noise.

It’s a signal
.

In this work we explore:

1. Your patterns: Why you think, feel, and react the way you do.

2. Your real needs and values: The parts of yourself that have been ignored or silenced.

3. Your authentic direction: How to make a step/take an action towards a life that reflects who you truly are.

My coaching is for you if:

  • You are ready to challenge yourself and start taking more responsibility for your life
  • You are courageous enough to choose a path where you don’t have to sell your soul
  • You are stuck, and staying where you are scares you more than starting to shift your life
  • You are driven, successful, capable. But you feel that you want more from life.
  • You have an ambitious goal, and look for someone to support you in achieving it
  • You look for an accountability partner because you want to move forward with more consistency and better focus

MY APPROACH TO COACHING

A space for de – victimisation

Coaching is based on the principle that each of us already possesses or can acquire the resources we need to change and/or achieve their goals. That is why I do not offer solutions. Or give you advice. Only you possess this knowledge and have answers on how to move towards change in a way that is the most authentic for you.  We will look for these answers together.

If you have a habit to complain about others or to blame them for all your misfortune, in coaching with me you will have to unlearn this habit. In coaching we work only with things you can control: your behaviour, your reactions, your actions. Radical accountability is the goal .

Coaching is not a consulting, or a school. It’s a partnership. In which a coach is responsible for using the methodology correctly, for following the Ethics of the coach. And a client is responsible for achieving a goal. That is why asking a coach about results is in fact asking yourself.

We work only with what you experience. I know it’s seducing to analyse others (why they did what they did), but for you personally it will give little benefit. Because we can’t know for sure what really happens in other people’s lives and souls – we can only assume. And assumptions never lead to the truth.

Coaching for real life

I use a value based approach that works for your real life.
It’s about reconnecting with what genuinely matters to you — perhaps for the first time in years — and building from there. Not from someone else’s blueprint, but from your own life, your own values, and your own definition of what’s worth working toward.

Being coached is not about seeking a quick fix. Or bypassing uncomfortable emotions. I don’t numb, distract, or give you scripts to pretend you’re fine. No ‘manifest and move on’. It a thoughtful work, an opportunity to slow down to hear yourself and what’s on your heart. You’ll be asked to be honest with yourself, and sit with things you may have avoided for years. The work requires participation, not passive listening. And it leads to emotional freedom, clarity, and real internal change.

Coaching is not just another performance tool, but a vital space for clarity and refocusing. It’s not about being “corrected” or “guided” toward a pre-established model of success. It’s a process that allows you to better understand yourself, to gain perspective on your patterns, and to identify the real drivers of your development. To understand how you function, how you interact, and how you cope with stress, change, and pressure.
A space where you can say “I don’t know,” “I have doubts,” “I want to change,” without being judged or steered. In a world that values speed, coaching reminds us of the importance of slowing down to move forward more effectively, of choosing rather than reacting, of taking back control of our personal journey.

Courage – not comfort

Any change means that first, maybe tiny, step into the unknown. Always. Hoping to change while trying to hold on to the old is like trying to add water to an already full glass. It does not work. There is no space. By doing the same we always get the same results. So if we want a different outcome, we simply should start doing something differently. And it’s always uncomfortable. And it takes courage.

Usually the resistance towards discipline is based on two things: the habit to neglect and ignore what truly matters to you personally. And your old perception of a discipline that comes from childhood: restrictive, heavy, “nobody needs this”. I invite you to change this. I invite you to learn a new way of discipline: as a form of self – love, the highest sign of sincere interest in your own journey. A true freedom.

To truly understand yourself means to connect to your emotions. And if you used to rely only on your rational mind (or so you thought), sitting with emotions can be uncomfortable, unpleasant. I will hold the space for you, without judging, or fixing or numbing and escaping your emotions. So that you can feel them – maybe for the first time in a long time, see them present and inquire what they try to inform you about.

Why to work with me:

  • I did the journey: I have explored my life (and continue to do it) on the outside (achieved my big and small goals) and my inner world (healed myself from the complex trauma, healed my body from the survival addiction). It means I can support you in your most ambitious aspirations.
  • I have a very wide range of various life experiences. It means I won’t limit you or what you can achieve.
  • I see things that are behind the words, hidden, implied. I see the core, the essence of the issue. It means I can accompany towards insights that might shift your life.
  • I am courageous, and I can hold the space for your most uncomfortable or scary emotions.
  • I offer non- judgemental environment: I have been through the lowest of the low so I am not the one to judge anyone.
  • I am a certified coach (yep – I did the education)
  • And I am a good listener because I am curious.

Maybe you’re at a turning point. Or you feel that subtle pull towards change, or hear a voice in the back of your mind whispering that there’s something more out there.

Whatever it is — it’s worth paying attention to.

Let’s see if we are a good fit

I offer a free 30 – minute call to get introduced. ATTENTION: this call is not a coaching session.

10 facts about me

  1. Psychology and life coaching were not my first choice as a profession.  In Russia I built my career in fashion. After relocation to Monaco – in digital marketing.
  2. My favorite sport is swimming. I do 1500 m usually in 30-35 minutes. This distance was chosen by chance, but it’s a reflection of my life journey: my life goals are long-term, in everything – body, career, relationships.
  3. Another thing that I love is yoga (traditional Hatha yoga). I got lucky to meet my yoga teacher when I lived in Bali. It’s only thanks to yoga that I was able to heal my body.
  4. I am probably the most persistent and stubborn person I know. I am very goal oriented. I didn’t give up on my goal to live in Europe when giving up was the only reasonable thing to do.
  5. I spent 10 days, doing Vipassana mediation in the jungles of the South India. One of the most profound and memorable experiences of my life.
  6. Except France, Monaco (and Russia), I lived in Amsterdam and Bali.
  7. My relocation to France – Monaco was a result of a love story: I fell in love with the Italian from the nearby part of Italy and wanted to be with him 🙂 But we broke up before I came here.
  8. I am a drop out! 🙂 I did not get my diploma from the University of Monaco because I could not pay fully for the education.
  9.  I was in court once while living in France. The French government refused my application for the residency, so I had to hire a lawyer and do the whole process. I won the case !
  10. Monaco is my guru in a sense that on this land I faced so many challenges, and difficulties that at the end they transformed me!

FAQs

Coaching is a partnership where a client has a leading role. Which means it’s not a consulting or school or advice service where a coach has a superior position and gives advice or teaches how to live, what to do etc. Coaching sees a client as someone capable and resourceful to find answers and solutions for any challenge they experience. A client just needs proper conditions, sort of fertile soil to do this. A coaching session provides such conditions.

That is why as your coach, I don’t have ready solutions, or prepared answers. I will listen attentively, ask the right questions at the right moment and create space where you can connect to yourself, your emotions, thoughts, gain perspective on your patterns, and identify the real reasons for your behavior.

It’s a space where you can say “I don’t know,” “I have doubts,” “I want to change,” without being judged or pushed to hurry. It’s an opportunity to slow down, to understand yourself better, your blind zones, your patterns, so that you can move forward with more clarity and efficiency, choosing rather than reacting, and taking back control of your own life.

I offer 1 hour (60 minutes) sessions. First we determine what you would like to focus on, then we investigate this issue with the powerful questions or NLP technics or other suitable for the situation tools, so that at the end of the session things become clear for you. And using this discovery, you can create momentum by making the first step.

It really depends on your issue/ goal / situation (and we can identify this during our introductory call). But in average, it takes about 6-12 sessions in 3 – 6 months to achieve some meaningful progress.

The price for 1 hour online session is 100 euros. For in- person or corporate coaching pricing is different. And always announced before we start to work together.

If you cannot afford coaching at the moment, but you are determined, ready to put best efforts, reach out anyway – I might offer my free support.

The best way to reply to such questions is to turn them back at you : Will you make it work? Do you guarantee yourself the results?

Responsibility of a coach is about holding the space, making sure that the methodology is correctly used, and there is no violation of the Code of Ethics . Responsibility of a client is to reach the goal that he sets for himself.

And in the worst case: even if the goal is not reached (yet), the time spent speaking it all out loud (your fears, your doubts, your desires and goals), maybe for the first time, in a non- judgemental environment, with someone cheering for you, can give you insights that might change the direction of your life completely.

I am a certified life coach. I graduated from the International Institute of Coaching with the main office in Geneva with a certificate. I did 9 intense months of education in French. To get my certificate, I had to provide recorded sessions that were evaluated by the Institute.

I am also a NLP technician, certified by the same institute.
