Hi, I am Katya 🙂

So how did I discover personal growth and psychology? In short, my life has been tough 🙂 Starting from my childhood.

My home was not a happy place, relationships between my parents were difficult. Till their divorce (I was 14 years old) I was afraid to be at home, to come back home, because my father struggled with alcohol addiction. In addition to this we were very poor.

My life was ok from outside, I managed to graduate from the best university in Russia where I studied for free, I had interesting jobs. But all my relationships were miserable. And deep inside I always felt like something was wrong with me.

Fast forward till that day when I did something “impossible”: I decided to relocate to France to study at the university in Monaco. Impossible for someone like me: without any financial support, or saved money, or a family who would send me money monthly. Yet it did not stop me.

My relocation to France/Monaco was at first the realisation of my biggest dream – I always wanted to live abroad. And I had this illusion that when I relocate, everything would suddenly be better in my life. That I would be less miserable. 

How wrong I was!

And that what I thought would be a conclusion of my long-term goal, dream, the peak of my life was only the beginning of another journey – within…

After some time living in the South of France, I started seeing the same patterns in my life, in my relationships, in my reactions and behavior. In addition, my romantic relationships were toxic, and caused me a lot of pain. And in my communication with my family some weird issues came up.

Yes, the decorations of my life have changed – I had yachts and Ferrari on the background, but the essence of it – not so much.

All of this and more pushed me to do the work on myself, to discover the root, the cause of all these issues, to explore myself. And this is my most important achievement of my life: to be able to finally meet myself, to understand the nature of a human psychology and to heal my body and soul.
